Hort Innovation membership application form
‌Important: Hort Innovation membership is open only to Australian horticulture businesses with a current Australian Business Number (ABN), and provides the opportunity to apply for voting entitlements at Hort Innovation Annual General Meetings. Hort Innovation membership provided based on one ABN per entity that is paying levies, if you have multiple ABNs paying levies then you’ll need to submit individual membership forms. If you are not wishing to sign your business up for membership or do not have a current ABN, you can still register for free Hort Innovation news and alerts by completing our communications sign-up form at www.horticulture.com.au/sign-up. 

Select 'yes' if your business pays levies from its own production efforts. If your business only collects and forwards levy payments, select 'no'. For a list of current statutory horticulture levies, see the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry's information here. Industries that currently pay a voluntary levy, via a collective industry fund arrangement, are almond, blueberry, pistachio, pyrethrum and processing tomato.

Businesses that are members of Hort Innovation are required to nominate a primary membership contact, who should fill out the below personal information. The primary membership contact is the person who will receive all official membership correspondence from Hort Innovation (such as notices about annual levy returns and the company Annual General Meeting) on behalf of the business. Receiving this official correspondence is a condition of membership. The primary membership contact will also receive general Hort Innovation news plus alerts relevant to the industries your business participates in, which can be opted in and out of. The primary membership contact can also be changed as needed by contacting Hort Innovation.
